About Us

The name Farmhouse felt natural to us. Cannabis begins in the earth, while the farmhouse represents values we admire: humility, hard work, family, neighbours, hospitality and a commitment to showing up and getting the job done. Those values have helped shape both our business and the environment we've created.

The Farmhouse began as a shared idea between two brothers, rooted in care, family and the desire to build something meaningful together. With entrepreneurial experience, creativity and plenty of hard work added along the way, that idea grew into the locally owned Burlington business The Farmhouse is today.

Our team is fundamental to everything we do. Their knowledge, attentiveness and genuine care for our customers are a huge part of the Farmhouse experience. We believe in treating the people who work with us with respect, trust and appreciation, and in having those same values reflected in the service we provide.

Cannabis can be unfamiliar territory, and we don't believe anyone should feel uncomfortable asking questions. Whether you know exactly what you're looking for or aren't quite sure where to begin, we listen first. Our knowledgeable team provides cannabis education and information, answers questions without judgment or pressure, and helps customers navigate the legal cannabis products available to them.

We've taken the same thoughtful approach to our store environment. The Farmhouse is warm, uncluttered and thoughtfully designed: elevated without being pretentious. Alongside our carefully curated selection of legal cannabis products, you'll find thoughtfully selected accessories, including glassware, candles and cookbooks. It's our interpretation of modern farmhouse: comfortable, practical and welcoming.

Underneath it all are the values we've held from the beginning: honesty, integrity, humility, hard work and genuine care for people.

We're proud to be an independent Burlington cannabis retailer and even prouder of the relationships we've built within the community we serve.
